Each senior mentor will have two mentees and will also be closely conferring with the junior mentor. The junior mentor, guided by the senior mentors, will provide additional support, advice and guidance for the mentees.

 

The online forum provides the central meeting place for all participants during this professional development programme. Here, the assignments and written work will be posted and specific topics introduced to be discussed with the mentors and also among each other.

 

The outline programme allows for flexibility within its structure.  We would like all mentees to have a shared common ground throughout the programme, while also ensuring that their individual needs can be met and their goals achieved.  Each mentor/mentee relationship will reflect its own unique creative process.

 

With contact enabled both through the online forum and in-person meetings, we envision also informal and peer learning between the four mentees.  Our hope is that they will share and support each other, and begin the work of building both local and international networks.
